My name is Elina Krassotina. I am an experienced Technical Project Manager with a background in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in enterprise environments across EMEA region. My work spans vendor-led and customer-side engagements, where I have managed full project lifecycles — from initiation and planning through execution, monitor, and closure.
I specialize in bringing structure to complexity: aligning technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders; managing risks and dependencies; and maintaining clear, executive-level visibility throughout delivery.
